SHIPPING INFORMATION

Argenti Designer Jeweler custom jewelry is always shipped at our pleasure for FREE.

Argenti Designer Jewelers online deliveries require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Argenti Designer Jewelers does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Argenti Designer Jewelers custom jewelry accepts online orders for shipment to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery will take 4-7 business days for shipment to the United States. Shipment time will vary for pre-order products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase of my custom designer jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (non-custom orders), exchanges are given within 7 days with receipt after receiving your order of unworn jewelry. No cash or charge refunds. No exchange on custom orders or refunds. 

We will gladly offer:

  • Exchange for jewelry of the same price or more. No exchange on custom orders or refunds.
  • Management approval on all exchanges or an Argenti Designer Jewelers credit will be applied.
  • An exchange (subject to restrictions and inspections).*

*If approved, all non-custom jewelry orders can be exchanged within 7 days, with receipt after receiving your order of unworn jewelry. If you are purchasing an Argenti piece of jewelry for an occasion as a birthday and you may need an extension for a possible exchange please speak with customer service at 954-772-6177 and we will be more than happy to extend our policy if approved. If an exchange is approved, the returned jewelry must be unworn and in the original packaging. Any special orders, made-to-order or custom designed products, custom sizes, modifications to original designs, final sale products, and 72-hour event products are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Any packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable. Argenti Designer Jewelers Gift Cards and merchandise credit are not refundable or redeemable for cash. 

FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In order to return your jewelry for an exchange or store credit, you must telephone Customer Service at 954-772-6177 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once the return is authorized, you will be emailed the Return Authorization # and the address to print a return shipping label. Please pack your product for return securely with the proper materials to avoid any damage. This includes copies of the invoice/receipts, the original diamond grading report (if applicable), and the jewelry box. We will not be responsible for a refund on any returned products damaged or lost due to shipping from the purchaser. Please note that there may be a restocking fee per item returned, and the original shipping charges (if applicable) are not refunded. Please follow these steps to complete your return. Please note: All engraved and/or custom jewelry cannot be accepted back as a return. Once you receive the return request authorization email from us, please mail back the product(s) with insurance for the value of the product within 7 days after your request has been approved. The return package should include a copy of the packing list/receipt of purchase and your Return Authorization number, which will be provided in the initial phone call and or the return request authorization email. Please be sure to write down on the outside of the box top of the shipment your RA #.  Argenti Designer Jewelers cannot be held liable for products lost or damaged in transit for returns. Please do not write anything on the outside of the box that would indicate there is jewelry inside. Do not write diamonds, jewelry, gold, or anything that indicates what may be inside the package. Once the package arrives, we will inspect the contents and verify the condition of the jewelry. An exchange will be made within 5 business days. Argenti Designer Jewelers will not accept or issue a refund for any products that have been shipped back without a Return Authorization # that has been worn, abused and with any stones missing. Argenti Designer Jewelers prefers FedEx, UPS or United States Priority Mail insured for the full retail value. For jewelry over $50.00 insurance is required with a signature required upon delivery. If you use the United States Post Office please take out additional insurance if needed for the jewelry you are sending back. In some cases for higher end jewelry ($100.00 or more), please insure the package and send it registered mail with signature required upon delivery.

Note: You are responsible for your return shipping and handling fees. Argenti Designer Jewelers is not responsible for any lost and/or damaged return shipments. 

Please make sure to use the name Argenti Designer (DO NOT PUT ON THE BOX THE WORD "JEWELER") when shipping the package back to us.  

Once the return is approved we will send you the address to ship the jewelry to. We will send you email updates regarding the status of your return request, including when your return is received at our facility and when your return is exchanged or refunded. Please be advised that it will take 10 to 15 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.

TRANSACTIONS

Argenti Designer Jewelers reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased or that appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We may need certain identifications that are required for online credit card purchases.
